What is Personal Coaching?

Today we have a wealth of information at our finger-tips. Self-help books, online articles, vlogs, blogs and webinars, Facebook posts and television series – if there is a topic we want to know more about there are thousands of options to find out about it.

The challenge people have isn’t that they don’t have access to information – it is they struggle to implement it.

This can be due to limiting beliefs, personal challenges, past experiences, lack of direction or limited accountability.

That’s where I come in. As a personal coach I work one on one with people to help them achieve growth in their personal and professional life by sharing techniques and insights that enable them to reach their potential.

What should I expect from
my coaching session?

I always begin with a free catch-up to discuss why you’re interested in coaching, what you would like to achieve, and answer any initial questions.

Your first session will last approximately 90 minutes, and will focus on identifying your priorities, clarifying your vision and agreeing upfront actions. From this point each session will last no more than an hour and be determined by your progress.

While the number of sessions is completely up to you,  I ask that you commit to the process. Our work together is all about getting you results and   ultimately that takes a commitment to change.

To find out whether coaching could help you ask yourself these questions:

Do I have a clear vision for my life?


Do I feel optimistic about my future?


Am positive about what I’m doing now?


Am I inspired by my goals?


Do I understand and leverage my personal strengths?


Am I living in line with my core values?


Do I bounce back quickly from challenges and setbacks?
